How recommendations work
Your career suggestions come only from your Tech DNA journey answers — nothing else influences the ranking.
1. Your 10 answers
Each answer contributes to one or two of your 6 Tech DNA dimensions (People, Strategic, Analytical, Builder, Creative, Technical). If you took the earlier version, your existing result is still used until you try the new journey.
2. Every career has a dimension profile
Each of the 36 careers is tagged with the 1-2 dimensions it draws on most.
3. The fit percentage
Your percentage for a career compares your scores on its dimensions to your own strongest dimension — so the career closest to your strongest dimension appears first. It's a way to explore, not a prediction.
Tech DNA is a discovery experience, not a scientific or psychological test: it reflects how you answered and suggests where to explore. A lower percentage never means a career is closed off to you.
